Sometimes we loose track

Sometimes we lose track from the flowing river of our life and feel stuck. We even sometimes forget our origin, love and kindness.
All that is because we had to disconnect in some point to survive in our system. We had to disconnect from feelings.

But giving our bodies compassionate attention, we can find way back to our essence, to our heart to open us for experiencing freedom.
