Hi, I am Monika.
I am psychologist, certified practitioner of Compassionate Inquiry by Dr. Gabor Maté and kundalini yoga teacher and I love incorporating art, imaginations and body work in my practice.
I am as well trained in psychotherapy based on Jungian analytical psychology (Guided Affective Imagery). Currently I am in final stages to be certified as a trauma-informed art therapist.
I am here to accompany you on your journey to live fully yourself. I love to help you to listen to your own wisdom.
Together we can uncover the unconscious drivers in your life so you can access and stay connected to your inner intelligence and present moment.
I love providing safe space, compassion, acceptance and respect in sessions so you can see your true Self while uncovering unconscious roots of your patterns and conditioning.
Compassionate inquiry feels for me like home approach and I enjoy in general connecting ancient wisdom with the modern neuroscience perspectives to restore balance and become whole again.
As I learnt a lot on my way of being psychologist for almost two decades and years in compassionate inquiry training, I love as well to share with you my knowledge. I am certified Compassionate Inquiry mentor, I can provide mentoring sessions and share insights from this modality with you.
I am offering programs in conscious parenting and emotional development. Via zoom I am leading group or individual therapies and am honored to support you in your healing journey.
I will do all my best to support you in enjoying this journey too.
If you resonate with those words, wish to start or continue your healing journey, I am looking forward to meeting you.
